How We Got Started

Event Crew Pro was born out of necessity when our event company started managing over 100 events per year. At the time, we struggled with inefficient systems and lacked a streamlined way to organize schedules, track our most-used crew members, and manage essential event details. We needed a custom-built solution that could grow with us and address the unique challenges we faced in the fast-paced world of event management.

In those early days, we faced numerous challenges, from not being able to easily look up someone’s schedule to having no clear way of identifying our most frequently used crew members. Our reliance on shared Google Sheets posed a significant security risk, especially when team members left the company.
