How We Got Started
Event Crew Pro was born out of necessity when our event company started managing over 100 events per year. At the time, we struggled with inefficient systems and lacked a streamlined way to organize schedules, track our most-used crew members, and manage essential event details. We needed a custom-built solution that could grow with us and address the unique challenges we faced in the fast-paced world of event management.
In those early days, we faced numerous challenges, from not being able to easily look up someone’s schedule to having no clear way of identifying our most frequently used crew members. Our reliance on shared Google Sheets posed a significant security risk, especially when team members left the company. We knew we needed a more secure, reliable, and real-time solution to support our growing business.
As our business expanded to manage over 700 events annually, Event Crew Pro scaled with us, providing the robust functionality we needed. By eliminating the security risks associated with shared documents and offering real-time information and reporting, we transformed our event management process.
